I am Germán Mallo, a graduate in Data Science from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and a developer of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
I combine data, AI, automation, and software development to turn real-world problems into digital solutions: from RAG systems and smart assistants to data analytics, APIs, process automation, and web applications.
My way of working is based on First understand the need, then choose the appropriate technology, and build useful, maintainable, and applicable solutions in real-world environments.

Before thinking about tools or technologies, I try to understand what problem needs to be solved.
02 — Choose
With the problem well defined, I design the approach and select the appropriate technology.
03 — Build
I develop, integrate, and test the solution until the approach becomes something that can actually be used.
ANALYSIS
I analyze the need, the current process, the available data, the constraints, and the desired outcome. The goal is to separate what is important from what is secondary and to clearly define what the solution should do and how we will know that it works.
DESIGN
Architecture, data, AI models, APIs, automation, integrations, or web development are chosen based on the project's needs. Technology adapts to the problem, not the other way around: I look for the simplest solution that allows us to meet the objectives and evolve afterwards without unnecessary complications.
IMPLEMENTATION
I work iteratively, checking results and making necessary adjustments during development. The ultimate goal is not just to create a working demonstration, but to build a useful, maintainable solution ready to work in a real-world environment.

Does a RAG assistant always respond correctly?
No. AI models can make mistakes. That's why it's important to design information retrieval well, limit the available sources, and, when necessary, show the references used to generate the answer.
Can the assistant be integrated into a website or application?
Yes. It can be incorporated into a website, intranet, internal application, or any system from which integration can be performed.
Is it necessary to train an Artificial Intelligence model from scratch?
Generally not. A RAG system allows the use of existing models and provides them with the necessary information for each query, which is usually much faster and cheaper.
What type of documents can you consult?
Depending on the system, you can work with PDFs, Word documents, technical documentation, web pages, databases, and other sources of information.
Can I have a chatbot that responds using my own documents?
Yes. You can create an assistant capable of searching for information within authorized documents and using it to formulate its responses.
What is a RAG system?
RAG means Retrieval-Augmented Generation. It allows an AI model to consult specific information before responding, such as company documentation, manuals, procedures, or knowledge bases.
